Data Deletion
Request deletion of your data stored in Flaptic.
Flaptic values user privacy. You can request the deletion of data associated with accounts connected via platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
What Data Do We Store?
When you connect your social media accounts, Flaptic only stores the following data:
- Your social media username and account ID
- Your follower/subscriber count
- API access token (to connect your account)
- Profile photo URL
How to Request Data Deletion?
You can use one of the following methods to request data deletion:
1. Remove from Your Account
Disconnect your social media account from the Flaptic dashboard. This automatically deletes all data associated with that account.
2. Request via Email
Send an email to the address below to request data deletion. Your request will be processed within 30 days.

Deleting your account will permanently remove all your information, including all connected social media data.
Once deletion is confirmed, your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
